FAQ’s

  • DO I BRING LUNCH?

    YES. Please bring nut-free lunch and snack each day.
    Lunch will be at noon. CBA will provide water. You are welcome to pack another beverage for your child.

  • HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?

    The Cost of the Summer Camp is $400. To secure your spot you must complete the application and return with a $50 non-refundable deposit. On June 30, 50% of the balance ($175) is due. The remaining balance ($175) is due by the first day of camp. Once payments are made there are no refunds.

  • WHAT IS THE PRE-SCREEN PROCESS? WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE?

    The pre-screen is a low-stress way for us to get to know you before the start of camp. It IS NOT an audition for acceptance into the camp. You’re already in! Remember, this camp is being created around YOU. By attending the pre-screen, you provide what we need to know about you so we can design a super fun and challenging week of material for all to enjoy.
    Prepare a short selection of what you do best, whether it be a song, a monologue or a dance piece. Or give us a sample of two or all three! An accompanist will be provided. If you prefer to use recorded music, please bring your Bluetooth device to amplify your music.

  • WHAT HAPPENS AT THE SHOWCASE?

    The showcase will be a staged culmination of the week’s work. Performers will be presenting the scenes, songs, choreography and group musical numbers worked on with their instructors during the week. If performers so choose, they may also perform a solo piece at the showcase.

  • WHO CAN ATTEND THE SHOWCASE?

    All are welcome! Invite family and friends to share in the performances by our students.
    -Showcase will be held on August 11th at 5PM at the First Presbyterian Church at Caldwell.
    The showcase will last approximately 90 minutes.

  • WHEN DO PRE-SCREEN AUDITIONS TAKE PLACE AND HOW DO WE SCHEDULE OURS?

    Once we receive your application and deposit, you will be contacted to schedule your Pre-Screen Audition.
    Pre-Screen Auditions will be scheduled during the month of May 2023.
